Formed in July 2000, Lateral Learning Systems is founded on the principle that real change occurs only when it implicitly engages staff and is undertaken in a systematic way.
Lateral Learning Systems consultants have over 30 years experience in senior management roles in the private and public sectors, including major change management roles, organisational development, human resource management and process re-engineering.
Lateral Learning Systems has worked successfully with organisations throughout Queensland. It has developed proprietary systems for enterprise solutions in each of the following areas:
